GOVERNANCE POLICIES

Our Bylaws require that a set of governance policies be developed by the Board of Trustees to both guide and constrain the operations of the Board, the Executive Director and the Society as a whole.  The following Governance Policies were approved by the Board of Trustees at its inaugural meeting on November 29, 2012.

PRIVACY POLICY

Provincial and Federal legislation both require that societies protect and respect the privacy of individuals and their personal information.  Accordingly, the following policy was adopted by the Board of Trustees at its inaugural meeting on November 29, 2012.
